RAM KHANNA, Managing Director Ram Khanna, a first generation entrepreneur, is the Founder and Managing Director of Ariston Capital Services Pvt. Ltd. Ram also played a pivotal role in the setting up of the Investment Banking practice. He has been responsible for deal origination and negotiation on terms & conditions with the Private Equity Funds on behalf of his clients. His roster of clients include private ports, logistics companies, port operators, manufacturing companies and players in the power generation sector. Apart from fund raising, he has been actively involved in advising his clients on corporate and financial restructuring, strategic alliances, business development and marketing strategies. He started the Treasury Advisory practice over four years ago for some of the large corporate houses in India. On the Asset Management side, his core specialisation lies in strategic development and risk management. He continues to advise VHNI's & Corporate Treasuries on capital allocation and capital raising structures. Since graduating in Economics from the University of Texas , Ram has gained experience in the IT and financial services sector in both, India and the US.

MONIKA BHATKHANDE, Chief Executive Officer Monika is the CEO for the Ariston Group and is responsible for its day-to-day operations. She also plays a key role in business development and strategic initiatives. She joined Ariston at its nascent stage and has been instrumental in growing the company and streamlining operations. Prior to joining Ariston, she has worked both in the European Union and in India. In Europe she has assisted in Public Affairs and Government Relations campaigns for global majors such as Microsoft, Nike, Merck Vaccines, Hoffman La-Roche and the Vaccine Fund. In India she has handled communication strategies and investor relations for clients including SKF India, Novartis, Monsanto, Zydus Cadila. Her forte lies in strategic communications. After graduating with honours in Economics from St. Xavier's (Mumbai University), she has Mastered in Business Communications in Brussels.
